Jeff Sealy is a Founder and Practice Leader with The Business Solutions Network, a Caribbean based consulting organisation. Mr. Sealy specialises in all areas of business performance management and his work includes the development of Strategic Management systems for organisations, as well as the deployment of measurement and reporting systems that facilitate strategic alignment and allow managers to track performance at the corporate, department, and individual levels within their organisations.
Prior to his work in consulting, Mr. Sealy spent 16 years with Shell International Petroleum Company in various locations regionally and internationally, and was previously the CFO for the English-speaking Eastern and Southern Caribbean operations as well as Head of Business Controls review for Central America, the Caribbean, and the smaller South American countries, as well as for French West Africa.

Mr. Sealy was also previously a Principal Consultant with both KPMG in Toronto, and with Atlanta-based Perform Consulting.

He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (BSc Management Studies) and York University, Toronto (MBA) and is a member of the Canadian Society of Management Accountants (CMA). He has also been both a full-time and part-time lecturer at the University of the West Indies, in the BSc Management Studies, MSc Accounting and EMBA programmes, and has facilitated numerous sessions for the Institute of Business in Trinidad.
