Prior to his appointment, Peter served
as the Regional HR Leader for EMEA HR
where he was responsible for the
leadership of regional talent management
initiatives in the areas of recruitment,
orientation, deployment, and
development. Peter was previously with
Deloitte from 2000-2004 as the Partner &
National Director of Human Resources for
our Australian firm. During that time,
he was awarded the Mercer Human
Resources Consulting Award for Best HR
Director in 2002 and the Australian firm
was recognized as the Best Employer to
Work for in Australia and the Employer
of Choice for Women.
Peter has also worked for the
CommonWealth Scientific and Industrial
Research Organization in Australia as
the Executive Director of Human
Resources to develop and champion
strategic HR and change management
interventions. Prior to that, he was the
head of the Consulting learning function
for the Asia Pacific region of PWC, and
began his career with them earlier as an
auditor.
