Conference registration fees:
The conference registration fee for delegates covers admission to Conference sessions, breakfast and lunches on Conference days, and all Conference activities: Welcome Cocktail Reception, Presidents Dinner & Carnival Party.

Cancellation Policy
If you inform us of your cancellation by the 2nd June 2008, a cancellation fee $150 US will be charged. After this date no refund will be made but a substitution may be made at no extra charge.
