Port of Spain, Trinidad is the host city
for ICAC’s 26th Annual Caribbean
Conference. All conference sessions as
well as the official conference events
will be held at the HYATT Regency
Trinidad.
ICATT has negotiated a special
conference rate of US$156. plus taxes
per night. To reserve a room at this
rate, please register on line.
Conference rates are in effect while
rooms are available, or until the cut
off day of June 2nd, 2008.

Conference.

Accommodation
Conference Secretariat/ Registration &
Check-In
Conference registration will be held at
the Conference Secretariat located in
the Diamond Room (Level 1) of the Hyatt
Regency. Upon arrival, please stop by
the Secretariat and Registration Desk to
receive your name badge and other
Conference material.
Participants can register during the
following hours:
Thursday, June 26 8:00 a.m - 11:00 p.m.
Friday, June 27 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 28 7:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m.
All delegates are required to wear
their Conference badge throughout the
Conference sessions and activities. This
is necessary for easy identification and
admittance.
