Vincent Pereira is currently the President of BHP Billiton Trinidad and Tobago, operator of the Greater Angostura Development, where he is responsible for the safe and consistent operation of the base business and the growth of a legacy business in Trinidad and Tobago. Vincent has had more than 27 years of experience in the energy sector both in Trinidad and Tobago and the US, mainly at bpTT (formerly) Amoco, where he served in various executive leadership roles both Commercial as well as Technical/Operational.

He is an engineer by profession and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Vincent is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers
