The 54th Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT) is scheduled to be held on Thursday March 28, 2024, at 5pm. The meeting will be held on a virtual platform whereby members may attend and participate in the meeting.

VOTING GUIDELINES
The voting link will be emailed to Members from ICATT’s Independent Service Provider. Please do not share your link with anyone as this gives the holder the ability to vote as you.

Within the voting system, you will see a box with voting details and a button labelled "Vote Now". You can only vote when voting is open.
Note that for security purposes this portal is controlled by a voting service provider and the ICATT Secretariat does not have access to any information about your vote.
All members must be financial members to be eligible to vote. As per ICATT Rule 10.4.10 : No Member shall be entitled to vote at any general meeting who is in arrears with any subscription or sum payable by him to the Institute.
Prior to the date set for the 54th AGM, THE DEADLINE TO VOTE ELECTRONICALLY WILL BE TUESDAY MARCH 26, 2024, AT 12 NOON.
Members who are unable to vote electronically between March 7, 2024, and March 26, 2024, will still be allowed to vote at the AGM. Such financial members must be present online for the March 28 AGM to be eligible. When voting is announced, you will be able to log in and vote by clicking the AGM tab on the link provided
